Indications:

Fexofenadine is used to treat allergy symptoms such as sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.

How to take:

Take Fexofenadine exactly as precribed by your doctor. Take the tablets with a full glass of water. The starting dose for children of 12 years and older and adults is 60 mg twice daily or 180 mg once daily. For elderly the dose may be adjusted by the doctor and usually is 60 mg once daily.

Precautions:

Before using Fexofenadine, tell your doctor if you are allergic to any medicine, or if you have kidney disease.

Side effects:

Common side effects include headache, feeling tired or drowsy, nausea, diarrhea, upset stomach, muscle pain.
