Nolvadex belongs to antiestrogens. It inhibits estrogens effects on certain tumors and is used to prevent the growth of tumors activated by estrogen. Nolvadex is used in women who are at high risk for breast cancer, but can be used for other conditions as prescribed by your doctor

Indications
Nolvadex is used for the treatment of estrogen receptor positive breast cancer as well as prevention of this disease in women of high risk of breast cancer.
This medication also can be used to treat infertility in patients with anovulatory disorders and for other purposes not listed here.

How to take

Precautions
Please don't use this medication if you are allergic to any ingeredient in Nolvadex, if you have a history of stroke, blood clots or cataract. Be very careful if you are pregnant or are going to become pregnant while taking thi smedication. Discuss it with your doctor to avoid any harm for the fetus.
Don't use this medication if you are breastfeeding.
Common side effects include bone pain, constipation, coughing, hot flashes, muscle pain, nausea, tiredness, vaginal discharge, losing or gaining weight.
Please remember that along with decreasing the risk of developing breast cancer women who take Nolvadex may develop endometrical cancer.
